First in the Book

Today when I get home from school I will be making my first cupcakes from my baking cookbook. I am making them for Jon so I asked him to decide on a flavor. He chose Boston Cream. After reading the recipe, they don't seem too difficult to make, so we shall see this afternoon. I want to see if I can use this one icing tip I have to 'inject' the cream into the cupcakes as opposed to just cutting off the top to hallow it and putting cream in them that way.
